*For an additional $25 per person, you have the option to choose Reduced Deposit Option which lowers the required deposit amount to $300 in order to confirm your reservation.
*Terms of the reduced deposit plan: When selecting the Reduced Deposit Plan (RDP), at a cost of $25 per person, your initial deposit is lowered to just $275 per person plus the $25 plan fee for a total of $300 per person. Insurance, if applicable, may be added to the deposit amount as well. The $300 RDP total deposit amount and any subsequent deposits that are applied to the total cost of your airline ticket are non-refundable at all times. You may purchase insurance to protect your vacation investment, however your $25 RDP fee is always non-refundable. Important: Until you have paid in full for your airline ticket, your ticket won’t have any value and no refunds apply under any circumstances. RDP may not be valid with certain higher priced tickets.

*You are also welcome to purchase airfare on your own separately and only book hotel, transfers, tours, etc. through us.
Travel Requirements:
You do not need a passport to visit Puerto Rico. A state issued ID is all that is required.

Cancellation Fees:
Your room reservation can be cancelled up until 4 days prior to your reservation start date for no penalty by the hotel. If cancelling your room reservation within 3 days of your reservation start date, you are subject to full penalty and the room will be non refundable.
f changing or cancelling your reservation prior to 4 days from your reservation start date, there is a $25 fee charged by the supplier.
If changing or cancelling your reservation within 3 days for your reservation start date, there is a penalty of $50 charged by the supplier.
If cancelling your reservation at anytime there is a $50 per person penalty charged by HOTE Travel
